New Car Dealerships: What's the smallest one you know of?

The question is simple. What is the smallest new car dealership you know of, by physical size, inventory, or both?

The smallest one I'm familiar with (only from discovering it online) is this place, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

How small are they? Well, if you look at the image above, that's the whole building on the right in the background, and the area where this truck is? That's where they keep their inventory, both new and used.

As for inventory itself...34 new Chevrolets in stock, ten of those are listed as 'In Transit', meaning there's really only 24 physically in stock.

Used cars? Website lists 9 used cars.

That's not a very big new car dealership, though that might mean lower overhead and an easier dealer to deal with, who knows.

So, what about you guys? What's the smallest new car dealership you know of?

Mid-County Ford, a few minutes from where I live; unfortunately they're closed now. Here's a google maps picture. I outlined the property line.

OMG Yes, that and the Dodge dealer are tiny. I remember when the Dodge dealer had a Viper for $122,680 or something like that.
Knowing the price tells you how many times I saw that car.

Yeah, they certainly are. Didn't look at how many cars that one has, but there's 279 new Nissans in stock at the Latham dealership.

The Dodge dealer I believe got bought out by a larger dealer and has grown a bit in the past few years compared to what it used to be. And yes, they still have that Viper, I was promised a test drive if it sat on the lot for over a year, my odds are looking pretty good.

Really? Awesome on the Viper still being there, don't remember it being out during the Vintage Cup last year. Still seems really small though compared to most dealer.

Yea, they just put it inside and way in the back most of the time and it is small, but not compared to what it used to be.

OK, I remember it being there NASCAR and when we left it was gone so I'd just assumed they'd finally found a buyer. I hadn't gone a lot from 2005-2010 so I don't really remember how small it was at that point. It was really 2011 that we started going multiple times a year again.
